Herman Donald "Don" Lambert Jr., 77, a resident of Elkins, passed from this life Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Valentine Personal Care Home in Elkins and under the care of West Virginia Caring. He had been in declining health. Don was born Monday, October 23, 1939 in Parsons, a son of the late H.D. Lambert Sr. and Ruth Gross Lambert.
