Michael James Welsh, age 67, of Clarksburg, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. He was born April 27, 1952 in Ft. Eustis, VA, a son of the late William John Welsh, Jr. and the late Dale Owens. He is survived by his siblings, Pamela Cleveland, Darcie Albright and Jeff Welsh, as well as his nieces and nephews.
