Okeemia Dawn "Keme" Payne, age 33, of Fairmont, passed away suddenly early Monday morning, March 20, 2017 at Fairmont Regional Medical Center in Fairmont. A funeral service will be held at the Morningstar Baptist Church, 100 McKinney St., Fairmont with burial to follow in the Evergreen Cemetery on a date and time yet to be determined.
