Jeffrey Houston Hudgins II, 35, of Fairmont passed away in Fairmont. He was born on March 16, 1989 in Hope Springs, Arkansas, a son of Jeffrey Houston Hudgins and Julia Ann Carter Deditch and her husband Vince of Fairmont.
